Building Resilient Classrooms
A coach-guided, two-year journey that integrates research-based practices in positive behavior support, restorative approaches, trauma sensitivity, and social-emotional learning to help educators build safe, supportive, and engaging classrooms—without feeling overwhelmed. Building Resilient Classrooms is aligned with the Danielson Framework.
Program Overview
✔ 1 coach-led group session per month (live, virtual or in-person)
✔ 1 online module per month (asynchronous with videos, guided notes, printable items, and tools you can use right away)
✔ Clear monthly goals to track progress, stay motivated, and get support
What’s Included:
✔ An intro session to kick of the series and lay the foundation
✔ (12) 1-hour Coach-led Sessions
✔ Access our online portal with one asynchronous module to complete per session. Modules are complete with a video, guided notes, printable materials, and follow up items to apply the practices in the classroom setting
✔ Ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced educators
✔ Practical strategies & tools to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods effectively
✔ One follow up session to celebrate everyone’s success and provide tips to continue to creating safe and supportive classrooms moving forward
