A coach-guided, two-year journey that integrates research-based practices in positive behavior support, restorative approaches, trauma sensitivity, and social-emotional learning to help educators build safe, supportive, and engaging classrooms—without feeling overwhelmed. Building Resilient Classrooms is aligned with the Danielson Framework.

Program Overview

1 coach-led group session per month (live, virtual or in-person)

1 online module per month (asynchronous with videos, guided notes, printable items, and tools you can use right away)

Clear monthly goals to track progress, stay motivated, and get support

An intro session to kick of the series and lay the foundation

(12) 1-hour Coach-led Sessions

Access our online portal with one asynchronous module to complete per session.  Modules are complete with a video, guided notes, printable materials, and follow up items to apply the practices in the classroom setting

Ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced educators

Practical strategies & tools to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods effectively

One follow up session to celebrate everyone’s success and provide tips to continue to creating safe and supportive classrooms moving forward
